    Just like BRAND NEW!! Well, it was an open box. In any event, I'm very pleased. It may be an "older" model but it more than suits my needs. I've had it for a week. Admittedly not a long period of time but I have been using it 24/7 since its arrival. Looks great, works great. I'm not really sure what the "form factor" question is asking so I just put no.
